Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. By identifying unhelpful patterns and learning new coping skills, clients can make meaningful changes in how they feel and respond to challenges. Backed by decades of research, CBT is effective for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and substance use.
District CBT providers use this treatment along with other evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Therapy to provide individualized, research-supported care.
We work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, stress, sleep issues, and difficulties with emotion regulation. We also support clients navigating life transitions, work-related stress, and relationship challenges.
